Keep Her Close decks are digital — once they've been delivered to your inbox and are yours to download, we can't take them back, so all sales are final at that point. Haven't received your files, or hit a problem downloading? Email hello@getkeepherclose.com and we'll sort it out.
Custom (BYO) decks.
Your Build-Your-Own deck is made to order, just for you, so it works a little differently. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start making it. Once we've begun creating your custom deck, that work is underway and the sale is final. As with our other decks, if something arrives broken or wrong, email hello@getkeepherclose.com and we'll make it right.
